Our clients include regional banks, professional employer organizations, municipal governments and governmental authorities, trade unions, and various other private and publicly held companies.

Through these relationships, supported by the expertise of our management consultants and the success of our unique underwriting and management models, we help clients efficiently manage risk and resources in an environment of constant change.

First established in 1959 as Myers and Myers and later becoming First Coast Premier Group in 1995, our Jacksonville-headquartered company consolidated all operations under Compass Consulting in 2009. This consolidation underlines our strength as a consultant to large, complex, multi-state employer groups and positions us for continued nationwide growth to better serve our clients' needs.
