Our Management Team

Jeff Steele coordinates, develops, and services employee benefit plans for groups of up to 300 employees. His eight years in group insurance and employee benefit consulting includes management experience with Florida Insurance, Inc. He joined Compass Consulting in 2005.

Jeff currently serves as a board member and programs chairperson of the Jacksonville Association of Health Underwriters. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial technology and a master's degree in industrial and technical studies from California Polytechnic State University.
