Our Management Team

Mr. Snyder is responsible for the firm’s business development initiatives, brokerage operations and heads the insurance, estate/business and financial planning team.

Mr. Snyder has over 15 years of financial services industry experience.  New to Compass Consulting Group in January 2010, he spent 2008-2010 as Divisional Director for Protective Life Insurance Company heading the Florida region.  From 1999-2008, Scott was Regional Director for Lincoln Financial Distributors where he was recognized with several achievement awards.  He was responsible for the design and implementation of two distribution channels among national accounts and was appointed by the Executive Management Team and his piers to the Board of Director’s Advisory Committee in 2006, 2007 & 2008.
